Chef and staff knowledgeable about many intolerances and coeliac safe protocols. Chef spoke to me for some time about all that he does to minimize cross contact. Baked goods all on top shelf. Separate tongs used for items and if you say you are coeliac staff automatically get new tongs. Lovely selection of small baked savory goods, a selection room of celebration cakes and a few cookies too. V happy to make sure milk wand is double clean if making coffee. Can make gf quiche and salads for bigger events to order.
