Gluten free options for Shabu shabu, ramen and pho. They are willing and able to customize nearly anything on the menu to be GF using rice noodles and miso based broth. Menu well marked. Chef/owners are very careful with GF/celiac and came out to explain our options and then were careful to tell celiac daughter not to use certain sauces on the table that were soy sauce based.
