Server was extremely knowledgeable about celiac and gluten sensitivity.

She taught me that most eel and imitation crab are infact not gluten free.

Ordered avacado tuna sushi and they brought out the entire bottle of gluten free tamari soy sauce so that I could see it without asking.

Most of their dinner and lunch items are not gluten free, however they know how to serve sushi gluten free.
