Kumo North Wales

The staff was very accommodating here. They understood the importance of gluten-free, and they knew which of their ingredients contained it. Their menu even tells you to let your server know of any food allergies. I had a couple special rolls, and the manager brought out a bottle of gluten-free soy sauce for the table. Very good service, and very good food.
