The hostess and the floor manager had NO IDEA what GF was. Once we explained they offered fried rice without soy sauce, (they had no tamari)

The waitress didn't speak much English, had no idea what I meant when I asked about gluten, so I asked about food without soy sauce. She indicated the "diet" menu, so I ordered the chicken with broccoli and steamed rice. It was EXCELLENT, although I wished I'd brought gf soy sauce.

While they have no gluten free menu or allergen listings, they say they can do many items Gluten Free. The food is good and prices very reasonable. So far so good.
