This ended up being a gem! Was struggling to find a gf breakfast spot near the ROM, that also had some baked goods I could grab to go.

I got the avocado toast with the tofu scramble. It was well seasoned and really flavourful. Brought my parents along. They're not gf or vegan but really liked the waffles they got. My husband got the breakfast bowl with sweet potato and he was also happy with it. We all got good cappuccinos, and I grabbed muffins to go-- also tasty.

We all had enjoyed our breakfast and no one felt they were compromising just cuz it's gf (and I think this place is mostly vegan too).

Would definitely recommend. Staff were also super friendly.

Everything is gluten free and vegan. Website shows they’re clearly clued up on allergens and give info on where they source their GF oats from. Friendly staff and nice healthy options too.
