Staff were very knowledgeable. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass and it was delicious! I did inquire about the cheesecake being GF due to the graham cracker crust, being late in the evening, the pastry chef was not there to confirm.

Make sure they give you the fresh wasabi root and not the paste as it is not always gluten-free. We asked about the root and were still served the paste. Luckily, we noticed and brought it to the servers attention. The food was great!
