I felt really confident that the staff understood coeliac disease. They have a separate fryer and understood about cross contamination. They had substitutes for everything in the kids' meal so that my son could have it - edamame, Japanese fried chicken, fish and chips, sushi and yuzu icecream. He was so happy. There were also many GF options on the regular menu. Yum.
