When I asked if the gf food was cross-contaminated, I was given an answer suggesting that they actually had no idea what cross-contamination was, making this place unsafe for those with celiac.

We ordered for the first time, and I said upfront that I had to have GF food. It was delicious, and I don't feel sick, so I believe it really was GF. :)
The food was excellent. I am extremely gluten sensitive and explained to whoever answered the phone. No reaction, so they apparently knew what they were doing.

The restaurant is now under new management. It is still Celiac friendly. The new owners Jerry and Angel, along with Elsa and Lao, are very accommodating. Just tell them you have a gluten issue and Elsa will tell you what you can have from the menu. there is a sweet and sour hot sauce, called "Ben's Special Sauce", that I have found with celiac's that I can eat. Give them a try.

The owner Jenny is well versed in GF (not a gf menu) but can tell you exactly what you can have.....They have great lemon chicken and great pineapple fried rice...
