The food is phenomenal. Our server, Ryan went above and beyond verifying and checking things with the chef. So, in the end, our Celiac, multiple allergy daughter had zero issues. The menu is clearly marked for items that are gluten free ingredients. That said, all fired items are fired in a cross contaminated fryer. So, while the truffle fries are in fact gluten free, once they hit the fryer, Celiacs are unable to to ingest. They use a soy sauce flavor in their lobster fried rice which is indeed GF and absolutely amazing. We absolutely recommend eating here and, if you are a diligent Celiac that asks the right questions, their staff and chef, will be sure to check all ingredients and let you know what is at risk of cross contamination.
