When I went to pick up our order, they double checked to make sure everything was made correctly due to a gluten allergy. We order from here regularly and they even have gf soy sauce

Very knowledgeable about cross contamination and what is safe for celiacs. It was our first time ordering here (take out) and after asking our usual questions, we felt very confident that they take all of the precautions necessary. Sensitive celiac child loved the food and did not get sick.

miso soup was great and sushi tasted fresh! staff was so nice :)

All of the sushi rice is GF. The staff is very knowledgeable about what dishes / sauces contain gluten. They provide gluten free soy sauce. And even their miso soup is GF! And it’s all delicious.

I love Kyo Sushi. They have gluten free soy sauce and are knowledgeable about gluten free requirements. The usual salad dressing is not gluten free, but the miso soup is. I eat here regularly, have celiac disease, and have never had an issue. Great restaurant.
