I got gluten free beef with broccoli. Rice, broccoli and carrots were good. The meat was slimy and had a weird flavor. I couldn’t eat much of it due to the flavor and texture. I think they are still working to perfect the gluten free sauce. Too much corn starch, maybe?

I’ve had really good experiences here since being diagnosed with celiac. We get the AAC rolls (asparagus, avocado, cucumber) and have not had a problem. Usually get takeout or bring my own gf tamari sauce because I don’t trust restaurant sauces, even if they say it’s gf. Had too many come back positive for gluten on my gluten detection device.
We specify gluten free when we place the order and everything is packaged separately when we get it to go. So far no issues!

This place has the usual fare for a sushi restaurant, but better than average.
The sushi rice is gluten-free, meaning they don't add any gluten-containing sauces to it by default. (Some sushi places do.)
You can specify "gluten-free" when you order. As far as I can tell, this means they will make sure not to top your sushi with any unmentioned gluten-containing sauces, they will put it on a container or plate separate from any sushi with gluten, and they will give you a container of gluten-free tamari rather than the usual shoyu packets. The tamari is unlabeled, but I've eaten it and had no symptoms.
My favorite sushi rolls are the yellowtail scallion and the rather unique AAC (avocado, asparagus, & cucumber).
