I had a severe reaction even asking the chef again and again if the items are gluten free. He said yes but my intestines said no way.
They have gluten teriyaki and soy sauce, but they cook your meal in the back and bring it to you so unless you're dining with people who are not gluten-free, you won't get the whole show.
