No gluten on the premises! Super friendly and THE BEST food. I love their sandwiches for lunch and always grab some dessert to-go.

100% gluten free. More spendy than a typical restaurant, but the amount of yummy options makes it a great spot to go!

Definitely safe for those with true gluten allergy. Cinnamon rolls are much better pay off than cupcakes, latter of which tend to be dry and limited in flavor. For the price point (~$20 for 4 cupcakes), we prefer Petunia’s, however, we end up here more often due to location.

Cinnamon rolls are way too sweet. I got a breakfast ham and cheese roll thing and they must have forgot about it and it was kind of burnt but gave it to me like that and only discovered that in the car. It was hard to chew and no ham or cheese that was discernible. Prices are exorbitant! Too bad.

Charcy is a gem, I would come here just for her! The bakery items are always delicious and they have a nice cafe selection. 100% GF so never worried about eating here.

DO NOT EAT HERE. I’m currently having a horrible reaction from their B.L.A.T. sandwich and that’s only half the reason to avoid this place. I got a variety of items for an 8 hour drive today and had to spend the latter half of the trip very sick. Their pastries tasted pretty okay and the cashiers were nice, but that’s where the positives stop. I paid $12 each for two small Tuscan chicken rolls that were frigid, too hard to chew, and legitimately tasted so disgusting they were inedible - and my standards are not that high. The severely overpriced breakfast sandwich was tiny and tasted like a sponge. The B.L.A.T. (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato sandwich) Was also like $12 and consisted of two small soggy pieces of white sliced bread smaller than my hands, one strip of bacon per half, one lettuce leaf, one tomato slice, and a squirt of some green sauce that I guess they meant was the avocado? It looked and tasted so bad it wouldn’t even be fit to pass in a middle school cafeteria. I ate it because I was exhausted and starving, and sure enough, I felt awful and could feel symptoms coming on right after. I ended up paying over $65 for a few muffins and the worst reaction I’ve had in a year. Don’t eat this place. They are not 100% gluten free. I don’t know if it’s in the sauces or vinegars, the breads or the bacon, but something they use is absolutely contaminated. Don’t make the same mistake I did with this place

Dedicated gluten free. It was almost $5 for a cupcake or bagel and cream cheese but it was worth it!

Completely gf facility! Spendy but always delicious. There's staples on their menu but some items rotate through on a weekly or seasonal basis.

The food itself is fine. The service isn’t great. Way way way overpriced. And yes, GF usually is more expensive but there’s no reason a mediocre donut should be 6 dollars. It is nice tho to order anything I want and to know it’s safe.

Everything you've heard is true. Unbelievable. Thanks for doing what you do!

This is the best gluten free bakery I’ve ever been to! It’s super cute and they have a ton of gluten free options. All are celiac safe and super yummy! I was in heaven this morning! Will be back anytime I’m in the area and I recommend those with celiacs go and get a cinnamon roll when in the area.
Yes
Amazing cinnamon rolls!! Some of the cupcakes are great, others are dry & taste weird. Breakfast sandwiches used to be huge & delicious, now they are half the size and WAY overpriced. I used to get one weekly-no longer.
Yes
Everything is celiac friendly, they don’t even allow outside food and drink so that it stays safe. Breakfast and lunch. Donuts, cookies, muffins, bread, sandwiches, pasta, and more. One of the only places I’ve been with seasonal items for gluten free. Awesome maple cookies. Though the prices aren’t the best, the quality makes up for that.
Yes
This place was great! Had breakfast and lunch. The whole family loved it.

We always stop for lunch when we're in the area. Bonus to have delicious dessert at the end our meal. Don't forget to take some home! Cinnamon roll was disappointingly greasy with some tasteless brown goo. Second location coming in September 2019 in Portland.

We (family with 5 celiacs) make Kyra’s a regular stop - nay, HIGHLIGHT - when we come to Portland. Cinnamon rolls, donuts, biscuits and gravy (vegan OR sausage!) all to die for, whether or not you’re celiac. Tasty salads and sandwiches too, if you’re not I. The mood for sweets. So pleasant to sit outside on their porch on a pretty Oregon summer day.

Delicious and gluten free and safe= Joy!!

Some of their cupcakes are good and some definitely need tweaking. To me there Carmel in the cupcakes taste very fake. Honestly the whole place is a hit or miss.

Yummmmm!!!! The biscuits and gravy was amazing. Flaky vegan biscuits?! đ

The vegan, gluten free cupcakes are so good!!

Best cupcake I ever ate! Appreciate that it is 100% GF. There are signs that request no outside food be brought into the restaurant.

Must stop. What relief to sit and enjoy the whole menu. A place to relax and not ask a hundred question before eating!!!! Had the blat, quiche, cinnamon roll, and cupcakes to go!!
Everything at this place is gluten-free and celiac-friendly. They don't even allow people to carry gluten items into the shop. Additionally, I noticed that other allergens were clearly marked. It was really hard to decide on what to order because everything looked so delicious. I ended up choosing several donuts and a salted caramel cheesecake on my visits. The pricing is reasonable, and this place has some of the best gluten-free baked goods that I've ever had. The only thing that I could complain about is that the tables, the seats, and the floors were full of crumbs. It would be nice if the staff would ensure that the eating area remains clean, as the patrons don't seem to clean up after themselves. Otherwise, I definitely recommend this place!
Yes
Very Celiac Friendly given that they’re a dedicated bakery. They’re also expanding their dairy-free offerings, which is an appreciated touch for folks like myself with multiple food allergies in addition to Celiac Disease.
Yes
As always, amazing gluten free baked good from a dedicated gluten free facility, but their breakfast sandwiches have gone down hill a bit - they are still gluten free, but taste is majorly lacking and the bread is meh. Everything else is great!
The cupcakes are small, too dry and sweet, and the frosting is greasy and awful. Much too expensive for the product. Wonderful staff!
Yes
I got a birthday cupcake and it’s just vanilla and kinda plain so not the best, but there cinnamon rolls are amazing and delicious. Celiac friendly, I didn’t get sick and highly recommend.
Yes
It’s such a treasure I could cry with gratitude!!! We tried cupcakes, donuts, cookies, the cinnamon rolls and the turkey sandwich. (It was our first stop upon arriving in Portland. We were hungry đ) Even my non- Celiac husband thinks the cinnamon rolls are the best he’s ever had! Wish we could clone this bakery and have them everywhere. Also I really appreciate that no gluten is allowed on the premises. Must-stop if you are anywhere near it !!!!!
Yes
Love, love love this bakery! Every time I visit LO I make sure to go and have a cinnamon rollđ

We enjoyed Yummy breakfast sandwich, cupcakes and cinnamon rolls.

Excellent as always. Great cupcakes and amazing cinnamon rolls. They are 4-time winners on Cupcake Wars for good reason. Nothing with gluten on premises. They even have signs asking people not to bring in any outside food.
