Very yummy! Items are clearly marked. I’ve eaten here several times and never had an issue. I’m a sensitive celiac. It’s not actually a food truck but located in a big building with other food vendors. Was very confused the first time trying to find it!

While our menu predominantly focuses on gluten-free options, we do offer one product that contains gluten - the Tequeño. However, we want to assure you that we prioritize food safety and take special precautions to avoid cross-contamination.
Rest assured, our Tequeños are prepared with utmost care. They are cooked separately on a dedicated pan, using their own set of tongs and knife. By implementing these strict measures, we ensure that our dining experience remains safe and worry-free.

I’m a local college student and I get takeout/doordash from here pretty frequently! It’s not too expensive and super tasty. I normally don’t trust food carts because their kitchen area is so small, but everything here is GF except for one item that’s labeled on the menu and that they take care to prepare separately.

Delicious! The empanadas and arepas are made with corn. Try the shredded beef empanada, you won't be disappointed. The flavor is delicious.
I got take out by delivery so I can't speak to the precautions or safety but based on others reviews I feel confident this is a safe dining spot for the sensitive (aside from apparently one item on the menu having gluten but I don't know that it goes in the fryer).
