La Balandra Restaurant and Bar

Stayed at Harbour Village for a week in August 2022 and had several meals at La Balandra. Chef met with me while my party was checking in to the resort and discussed my restrictions and their ability to accommodate. Restaurant staff members were clearly briefed in advance and knew about my dietary needs before I placed my orders. They had gluten-free substitutes for bread, pancakes and pasta. They prepared French fries in a separate fryer for me.
