This is a Spanish Tapas restaurant which knows a lot about gluten. They have someone with coeliaki in the family.

The can make almost all tapas gluten free, and the have a seperate frying pan glutenfree.

The know about cross contact and watch out, the service was great. Nice to have someone who nows coeliaki.

We ordered tapas plate with glutenfree spareribs, bread, shrimps, fried squid, and lots more.
