BEST GF PASTA IVE EVER HAD!!
I usually skip on the gf pasta offered by restaurants since they usually don’t cook it correctly but after reading some reviews on how good the pasta was, I couldn’t pass it up and I’m so glad I didn’t. My bf and his mom (both non-gf people who are usually critical about gf pasta) loved it! Not grainy or mushy, didn’t fall apart, amazing. It’s hey did only have it in rigatoni at the time so not sure if there were other types as well as they do store it frozen and only had the one rigatoni defrosted. I did ask what the brand was but the waitress let me know they only sold in bulk to businesses. CALL AHEAD BEFORE YOU GO SO THAG THEY CAN DEFROST THE PASTA. I forgot to but got lucky that they had one available.
Although they have GF markers on the menu, it is only on 1-2 items. I did ask what could be made gf and the waitress let me know that they could substitute any pasta with the gf pasta, and the chef specials, chicken, and seafood could all be made gf except for any breaded item. I chose the Rigatoni alla Carre which is a home made chicken pesto cream sauce dish and it was amazing.
TLDR: Amazing GF rigatoni. Don’t pass it up. Rigatoni alla Carre amazing. Sad I cannot bring it home on the plane with me:,(

I made online reservations over 24 hours in advance and in the note section I wrote I had a gluten allergy and would be ordering gluten free pasta. Upon arrival the hostess said they saw my note and prepared the pasta so I could have any dish I wanted with substituted pasta. We went for our anniversary and I got chicken Alfredo and a Ceasars salad with no croutons. Loved my meal :)

After reading the reviews here, I knew to call ahead to make sure they had gluten free pasta. They didn’t answer my phone calls, so one of my family members had to stop by in person to make sure. The hostess has no idea what he was talking about, but she passed along the message and it was all okay because there was gluten free pasta the next night when I went. It was phenomenal pasta— honestly the best gluten free pasta I have ever had. The waitress said the reason they need notice for gluten free options is because the gf pasta is originally frozen. There was some confusion with the menu— the separate gluten free menu online is very different from the menu in person. They encouraged me to order from their in person menu, but I just asked for a gluten free chicken Alfredo (from their online menu) and it was amazing!

They no longer offer gluten free pasta unless ordered ahead of time. They even advertise this on their website. We had reservations and were not notified until we arrived that gluten free would not be available his evening.
Our waiter Nicky was very knowledgeable. All the meat based entrees are naturally gluten free. On week days they can make any pasta dish with gluten free pasta! Some of the best service I have ever had and some of the best veal piccata I have ever had!
