Anything on the menu was gluten free. It is a kitchen dedicated to gluten free cooking. Food was delicious and amazing selection. Shrimp hamburger was AMAZING! I spoke with the chef a bit. He explained that they are constantly checking the ingredient list of their products when they resupply. This keeps them on top of making sure they not only meet celiac needs, but other allergies as well. I felt extremely safe eating there. I ate there twice and tasted my group’s meals as well. Did not get sick. So grateful places like this exist as a celiac.

Nice outdoor restaurant featuring breakfast and lunch. The pizza crust was very tasty, the banana-peanut butter shake was delicious, and my hamburger was perfect, but the bun was THE BEST GF bun I’ve ever had. The entire staff was kind and helpful. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant when in PV.

La Bendita is an absolute gem for anyone that must eat gluten free. They have a fabulous menu. I had pizza the first time and waffles the second time. My husband, who isn’t celiac had a burger with an amazing gf bun and wonderful little roasted potatoes to replace french fries. I want to eat everything on the menu. The staff are absolutely lovely! If you visit Puerto Vallarta the best way to describe where it’s located is across the main road from Le Comer and Costco.

A must-visit for GF (and diabetic) folk when in PV; I went there everyday during my trip. Cozy spot with tons of flavor and variety. Wish I could uproot it and bring it back home with me. Plus our server Daniel was very sweet and helpful!

He had a great lunch with two people with celiac. The entire restaurant is gluten free and it says right on the menu that all food is safe for people with celiac. They had paninis, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, onion rings, risotto and a full menu to select from. This place is a must for people with celiac in PV. Servers are really nice.

The service is leisurely and the smiles are beautiful. The food was amazing! Perfectly cooked eggs on the chilaquiles and the verde sauce was amazing! I want that recipe. The panini bread was great and the chicken was perfectly cooked and spiced. A lemon ginger ade that was gorgeous and not sweet!

Dessert was a store made, almond flour twinkie filled with strawberry and cream and covered in chocolate…. Sooooo delicious!

All gluten free!

Oh… and the coffees were spectacular

We haven't been abl to find any gluten free options in Porto Vallarta except for this wonderful place.. This place was a life saver for 3 celiacs with other dietary restrictions as well. Friendly staff, good English, and a vast understanding of not only allergies but also preferences.

AMAZING place. 100% GF kitchen, with DF options. We ate here pretty much everyday of our trip. I wish we had stayed longer so I could try every item on the menu, but we will be back to try the rest soon !!

100% GF, with DF, Diabetic Friendly (Sugar Free) & Keto , Low Carb options. This is by far my fav GF Restaurant in PV, they are a new business & do great efforts every day to keep improving, growing, while always providing a Safe for GF’s. I Love the owners they are super attentive, sweet & genuinely caring about not only giving us a GF option, but a Healthy place as well, all while listening & constantly taking feedback. I am on a Health Journey Re learning & re educating myself & my Family about our Relationship to Healthy foods & have already Lost over 15 + Kilos, all of it while having weekly deliveries, & eating, their Amazing Barras de Nuez ( brownies), having custom made chocolate Astro cakes, blueberry coconut pies, cherry Tarts, French Toast, waffles, eggs benedict, molletes, hamburgers & more 🤣. I Really recommend this place! But do READ & Understand the Menu! If it says baked low carb Tortilla Veggie Chips for the Chilaquiles and You are expecting the deep Fried Greasy Tortillas that are normally over ( +500 calories) well need i say more! If you don’t care about the Calories or being any bit Healthy, They are sooo accommodating that i can assure you! You just need to let them know, give me all the lard & they might even cater to that🤣. Honestly I was pretty disappointed by this place. My friend and I went for brunch and both our meals were subpar. My chilaquiles tasted like cardboard covered in canned tomato sauce. Even my smoothie was a let down. This place may be celiac safe but the food is definitely not worth the trip.

La Bendita was wonderful! It was great not having to explain my allergies. The place was beautiful and relaxing and I could literally order anything on the menu. Anna the owner came out and talk to us. She has such a passion and heart for what she is doing. She is meticulous, warm and very proud to be offering a gluten-free and sugar-free restaurant. They make everything fresh so it takes time. Don't be in a rush. Just be willing to sit, enjoy some coffee and enjoy the beautiful space she has created.

Charming restaurant with remarkable awareness of dietary differences. In my 15 years since being diagnosed celiac, this is easily one of the best gluten free restaurants I’ve ever eaten at. Everything was individually prepared, fresh, and unbelievably good. There are tons of vegan options clearly marked on the menu. The restaurant is owned and operated by a family who pours their hearts into every dish. They all have an extensive knowledge of dietary differences and which ingredients are safe for which people, making it an ideal choice for those who have to be careful what they eat. We had the vegan chilaquiles and apple cinnamon waffles (which are also vegan!) with organic maple syrup. We devoured every bite. It was such a luxury to dine somewhere without worrying about hidden ingredients. So if you’re vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, diabetic, doing keto, or just plain hungry, this is a fantastic place to safely eat.

The only place in Vallarta, that I know of, that is 100% gluten free 🙌🏼 you don’t have to worry about cross contamination 🥰 sugar free options, vegan, keto, Paleo, but everything gluten free. Pizzas, desserts, breakfast (waffles, French toast, molletes,etc)

This is a fully dedicated gluten free bakery. They make all their baked goods with alternative flours and monk fruit for sweetener. The baked goods are so good! They also offer coffee and teas and have a small amount of healthy items for sale.

This is a family run business with the intention of bringing healthy fully gluten free options to the city that actually taste good.

I also ordered a peach upside cake from this bakery as my Thanksgiving dessert. It was a huge hit with everyone and no one else knew it was a fully gluten free treat! I love this place and want it to stay open since it’s the ONLY option truly safe and available for those who have to be gluten free.

And the owners are such wonderful people. You will enjoy your experience of visiting this place as much as the treats!
