We stayed at this hotel and had also dinner there. The waitress was fully aware and helped me to find the right thing to eat and also checked with the kitchen. I got gluten-free tagliatelle and the beef was also gluten-free (came with vegetables). She mentioned that it was safe to eat! Very thoughtful 😊
