They were very informative about the ingredients in their gluten free pizza. They cooked it on a separate platter with tin foil as a protective barrier. It was good pizza, but I ended up sick from it. For someone who is gluten conscious, this would be a good option. But for a celiac I would steer clear. There has to be something in the crust that doesn’t agree with a celiac.
