Review of LA BOLA

This restaurant has been around for more than 150 years. It is a charmimg local favorite in the center of Madrid Known for the dish called Cocido Madrileño, which you can get with gluten-free bread and noodles (fideos). La Bola's kitchen has a wide range of traditional Madrid cuisine. The wait staff is very knowledgeable about what has gluten (not much) and what can be prepared gluten-free.
