Review

La Bolée de Cidre has a large selection of sweet and savory buckwheat crepes with a “100% gluten free” printed on that page. Several of the “special” crepes that are typically made of white flour can also be made with buckwheat. The back page of the menu had very good information about buckwheat and how it’s not a grain, etc.
