Delicious glutenfree pizza! Prepared in a separate place, behind the kitchen . Separate and dedicated glutenfree oven, to prevent Cross-contamination. Very friendly staff. Speaks English and French, and took time to explain the gluten-free procedure patiently. All the pizzas can be ordered gluten-free, and tagliatelle as well. We will go back soon!

Almost all of their (many) pizzas can be made with a gluten-free base. And that base is very good. Bonus is that when I ordered, they asked if I wanted it in a separate oven. Yes please! Excellent.
