Review of La Cabaña

90% of the menu is gluten free!! The menu also outlines what is gluten free vs gluten free in the shared fryer so you know before ordering what would have cross contamination and what wouldn’t!! I had delicious pork & another chicken taco which was yummy!! Although the server was not aware what coeliac disease was she did understand the cross contamination.
