Owner does a fantastic job of making sure food is safe to eat- she answers any questions you might have an ensure a safe preparation environment in the kitchen. There is a gluten free menu (with many vegan options) with tons of options (including Schar bread), so you won’t feel like you’re missing out. If you’re in Mallorca (esp Puerto Pollença), make sure you eat here at least once!
