Very friendly and positive about gluten free, describing how they make galettes without gluten. I’m not confident about cross contamination, there doesn’t appear to be a separate area for gluten free preparation.

First, The make crepes with buckwheat (ble noir) and can do savory or sweet crepes on the non-gluten flour. Second, the restaurant is run by a wonderful family, the Father is gifted making you feel welcome, estimating wait times and training his employees (like his daughter Carmen and other waitstaff), who are really attentive and service oriented. We loved it so much we went back twice in three days and they remembered us! Very reasonable price and they have traditional cider from Brittany which does not contain gluten.
