Very safe establishment. The waitress was very knowledgeable and took me Seriously. She ensured that the staff started their celiac protocol for my order and all changed their gloves, wiped down surfaces, and kept my dish separate. I even shared a plate of appetizer with a non celiac person and the waitress made sure to seperate what I could eat from that plate and put it on another plate. Very delicious food as well!
