I ate here twice on my trip to Vail. I’m not totally confident they followed precautions, but I didn’t get sick. I got the bean tacos and a side of rice and beans. It was the cheapest meal I had at the mountain!

Had gluten-free items marked and even had tips for ordering other items to make them gluten free. I got a burrito without the shell and the cashier made sure to tell the cook to prevent cross contamination. I did not get sick from it and just make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy and for them to change their gloves and so on. I am not sure if the meat is gluten-free since I just got a veggie bowl.

Not Celiac friendly. When I asked what they had for Gluten Free options the only waiter asked if it I was Gluten sensitive or hypoglycemic!?! When I asked what they had specifically item by item he did check but even the rice had Gluten. I did not risk it. Cross contamination would have been very possible.
No
Reasonably priced. GF menu. Good food and good service. Don't think their fryers are dedicated. Would go back.
