The servers were very knowledgeable about celiac disease. This was BY FAR the best pasta I've had in Italy. They were able to make almost the entire menu gluten free as well. Do NOT get dessert here. There is one option and it's a block of freezer burnt chocolate. But EVERYTHING else was absolutely incredible and the staff was so kind.
