La Casita Peruvian Restaurant

Staff is very knowledgeable about allergens and if asked will explain which sauces have what allergens. Peruvian entrees include 2 or 3 gluten free. Cozy place looks like a home. Easy to pass by (watch for red and white Peruvian flag). Closes at 8 but on busy nights they may run out of some items early. This place deserves to be on The Food Channel - awesome subtle seasonings.
