Review of La Casita Restaurant

One of my favorite places to eat in Guilford. Everything gluten free is marked (and everything that contains dairy). The wife of the owner can't eat gluten either so the kitchen is always super careful and know what they are doing. A wide selection of the food is safe, including the paella meaning you don't have to feel like you are missing out. I've been going for a few years and have been safe each time. Just make sure you let them know of allergies etc and they are always super careful
