Penrith, Cumbria...La Casita!
A really beautiful, family run Tapas place with exceptional GF options. I've also developed an egg allergy in the last year - and the amount of options available for me were outstanding. Husband can't tolerate onions or garlic (what a pair!) Alas, they couldn't have been more helpful and adapted all kinds of dishes with sauces on side so we could all dig in!
Food delicious, atmosphere lovely and service - genuinely warm and couldn't do enough for us. Felt very safe and their understanding about cross contamination was strong.
An amazing amount of deserts also available for coeliacs and vegans. Not just your usual choc brownie or ice cream option. All homemade with consideration.

Absolutely delicious food. Such a variety of gluten free food (as well as vegan/vegetarian). The staff were so friendly and helpful they made me feel at ease! The gluten free bread also tasted amazing! Would 100% recommend.

This place has a great atmosphere from the minute you walk in, all staff are friendly and smiley. The menu has so many gluten free options, dedicated fryer and also gluten free alternatives!! Everything tasted fresh. We had the calamari (GF), papas Bravas (GF) sticky ribs (GF), chorizo and paella and pudding! I’ve uploaded the menu to photos!
