No dedicated fryer but they let me bring in my own chips. Our server had limited information about gluten BUT he did seek information for me and offered to have the tacos carne assada made with just salt and pepper in a separate pan. I decided to go with the guac and queso to ensure safety. I think if there was more fluent English spoken I might have gotten the tacos. I’m traveling so I don’t need to get myself contaminated.
