La Cave Wine and Food Hideaway

Asked the waitress specifically to not make any substitutions/changes to accommodate my celiac without checking with me because I’d rather order something unmodified. She said no problem and that she would check with the chef. She came back and said she’d looked at the allergy list and what I’d ordered would be fine. When my food came out it was missing half the ingredients because she hadn’t actually talked to the chef before putting the order in though she did mark it as celiac. The manager made an effort to make it right but we were out of time and had to leave for our show. Also my cocktail was tasty but very very weak.

Gluten-free delicious find at The Wynn!!! On the brunch menu - mushroom truffle grits was so unique and tasty. I have celiac and had no issues after trying everything marked GF on the brunch menu! The patio was also a lovely spot to sit and enjoy!!! I will definitely go back to La Cave!!!!

Incredible food, wine flights, sphere views, and the kindest staff! Gf marked on menu. Highly recommend.

They make a point to have vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free listed on the brunch menu. They were also super kind and brought us the filet Benedict without the bread and it was fantastic.
