They only have plain tortillas (just the bread) that are 100% GF, everything else is cross contaminated. So in reality there isn’t anything someone with celiac can eat.

It’s a very nice place that only serves “piadina”, a typical Italian plate, kinda like a burrito (it is a street food). It’s not expensive and everything can be made with a gluten free dough with a 1 euro supplement. The staff is ready to answer questions and the place is very good overall. Serves both salty and sweet piadinas.
