Review of La Cesta Calle 81

I followed the recommendation from FMGF but sadly have spent the rest of my only free day in Bogota running from bathroom to bathroom as I tried to walk back to my hotel 1/2 a mile away. They told me the item I ordered (a rice, potato, beef and egg dish which tasted great) was “sin trigo et gluten.” I even took my metagenics gluten digest pills to protect me from cross contamination as I do whenever I dine out. Might not have had any gluten in the base meal but the preparation didn’t avoid cross contamination to be sure.
