The ice cream is awesome and there are many GF options. If you specify that you have a “serious allergy” to gluten they walk you through their process: fresh gloves, scoop ice cream from new containers (ie not the ones everyone else’s cones or non-GF flavours have contaminated), fresh scoop. They don’t have GF cones so you need a cup.

Delicious ice cream and lots of dairy free flavours! They even have gluten free cones and they take good care to avoid contamination when possible. The person serving me was knowledgable about allergens and their practices. I felt safe and I have never had a reaction! I highly recommend to anyone going to the Gatineau park!

The gelatos are delicious! They offer GF cones and when you tell them you’re celiac they double check to see if the flavours you chose contains gluten and they open a new container of gelato and used a clean spoon to serve you to make sure there’s little to none cross contamination. There is no gluten in their gelato machine because they add the ingredients with the gluten after they’ve been through the machines. They also offert dairy free options
