The server who took our order behind the bar was super helpful—he made sure I knew to stay away from anything fried. I did the vegan plate with corn tortillas—he even asked if it was ok if they warmed the tortillas on the shared griddle; I’m super sensitive to cross contamination so he said they could just serve the tortillas without putting them on the griddle.

When I went back to the bathroom I even heard him clarifying with the kitchen staff that I had an allergy and making sure they knew not to put the tortillas on the griddle.

The vegan plate was decent, not the most flavorful but I was just happy to have something safe to eat that didn’t make me sick!

I also stayed away from the chip bar as I believe the chips are fried in the shared fryer.
