Review of La Cocina De Luz

La Cocina has several GF menu items, including a surprising blue corn waffle! I had their enchiladas, filled with carne asada with a green chile sauce and found then to be very good. I'd heard several recommendations from locals that La Cocina has the best Mexican food in town and we weren't disappointed. Plan to eat dinner early if you can, it fills up fast so you might find yourself searching for a table if you arrive later or with a larger group.
