La Cocina International Restaurant

Ate dinner, with a non GF friend, here last night to celebrate a birthday. There is no GF menu or menu markings but our server, Gina, was very knowledgeable about which options on the menu were GF or could be made GF with substitutions. There are many GF options available without any changes. My friend and I shared the Pear Salad with substitution of almonds in place of gluten containing glazed pecans. I had the Rack of Lamb entree with no substitutions needed. Both of our meals were great! There isn’t a dedicated space for GF food prep but the kitchen was notified of the food “allergy” and took extra precautions. Gina was super professional, knowledgeable and attentive. I had no symptoms or issues following the meal.

Note: I attended a wedding that they catered this past July, as well. All of the food served was GF, at wedding party’s request, and it was delicious not to mention being awesome to be able to try everything being served.
