Really REALLY enjoyed the Gallette we had here. I did use my laminated French GF Celiac card to help explain that I have Celiac Disease this was very helpful since my French is unfortunately not great. Some English is spoken. Everything we ordered was GF. I can’t remember the name of my dish but it had cheese, potatoes, ham, and creme fresh. Absolutely, delicious. I will get it again, I’m a VERY sensitive celiac and had zero problem. The Norman Coder is naturally GF so “When in Rouen, enjoy!”
