We spoke to the owner who assured us the savory crepes were gluten free and were made completely separately from the sweet crepes containing gluten. Unfortunately my partner with ceolatic disease has gotten really ill after eating here (no eaten elsewhere today)

My favourite meal in Carcassonne! All galettes are gluten free (made with buck wheat). Very tasty! Any of the dessert crepes can be made with a galette instead. Galettes and crepes are made in different areas, so no contamination. Fries are also fried separately.
