I used a travel card in Spanish to show the server who spoke some English. She said she knew what celiac was and there was definitely options for me to eat. The chef came out and went over the menu with me. No dedicated fryer for tostadas, but offered to fry tostadas for me in a clean frying pan. Was also able to have guacamole.
