My absolute favourite restaurant for pizza ! They have the best gluten-free pizza and also very good pasta. The gluten-free meals only cost 2 € more. On the Lake of Constance you often have to pay 4-6€ more, just for gluten-free… So it’s absolutely fair. ;) Also the restaurant manager is really cool with his typical Italian Charme. I always feel very comfortable there. :)

The pizza was fantastic. They have been making gluten-free pizza for many years. Reliable cross-contamination prevention. I felt very safe both of the times I have eaten there.

Leider ist es zu einem Gluten Unfall hier gekommen. Der Kellner hatte mir versichert, dass sie hier seit 11 Jahren glutenfrei kochen und ich ihm vertrauen kann und keine Angst haben solle. Jedoch wurde mir das Gericht, dass mir serviert wurde, welches ich dann auch angefangen hatte zu essen, nach 5 Minuten vom Tisch ohne Kommentar gezogen und 10 Minuten später ein komplett neuer Teller gebracht. Als ich dann gefragt habe ob der andere Teller kontaminiert war, wurde mir gesagt dass dies ein Versehen war. Es wurde nicht direkt als der Teller genommen wurde mir gesagt sondern erst später! Anschließend versicherte mir der Mann es würde ja nichts mit mir passieren und ich solle den neuen Teller nun genießen.

Mir ist bewusst, dass dies ausversehen war, man hätte jedoch die Situation zum einen besser und sofort kommunizieren können und zum anderen es nicht runterspielen dürfen. Jeder soll auf eigenes Risiko entscheiden, ob man dennoch hier essen geht oder nicht. Der zweite Teller den ich bekam war relativ hin geklatscht und entsprach nicht vollständig dem was ich bestellt hatte. Dennoch denke ich kann man Gerichte bestellen (Salate, Suppe) die von Natur aus nichts mit gluten Enthalten.

The owner is affected himself and so allergy sufferers have a wide choice of gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian and lactose-free dishes on the menu. All very tasty!

Der Besitzer ist selbst betroffen und so haben Allergiker auf der Speisekarte eine große Auswahl an glutenfreien, veganen, vegetarischen und laktosefreien Speisen. Alles sehr lecker!
