Terrible experience. Poor service. Told me they couldn’t make the toast safely for celiac, couldn’t make the hash brown safe for celiac, didn’t have pancakes or waffles, the menu item labelled gluten free oatmeal had wheat in it, and could only offer my daughter an egg white omelette with no toast or hash browns.

Fantastic food and service. Top quality Vegas dining within the Fontainebleau casino property (2nd floor). I are here several times during my trip. They were so careful with GF. The food was amazing. And they were very flexible with letting me "design" my own dishes.
