Galettes are gluten free - made with buckwheat flower! Same in many places in the region, but best to ask.

In this place friendly staff, knew instantly what gluten free meant, but also clarified that the flower used for galettes is 100 % buckwheat and no other cereals.

Ate here two nights in a row with no issues. :-)
