I had the GF flourless chocolate cake muffin. It was very good and I didn’t get sick. They have several gluten free pastries that they offer. I recommend for those with celiac.

They had a handful of gluten free baked goods. I had flowerless chocolate cake muffin. It’s very good. Moist almost fudge brownie like. They also had carrot coconut pineapple muffins, macaroons, lemon pistachio cake which I did not try but looked delicious. This is not a dedicated GF bakery, but they did have all the GF stuff on the top shelf to minimize cross contamination.

Went in Dec 2022 and it was great. Knowledgeable and made me a breakfast sandwich on GF bread. Did not get sick! And they had two muffins, but did not try either of those.

Under new ownership in 2021 and have gluten free bread to sub for all sandwiches and with breakfast items. Also have 4-5 rotating gf pastries!!

I am the owner of La Grignote café and we do not offer gluten free breads or muffins. We have very few options for gluten free items. We use flour in most of our products however our breakfast and lunch menu offers gluten free options.

My husband enjoyed the glutenful croissants, but the baker recommended avoiding gluten free muffins for anyone with celiac disease.

Excellent GF Muffins. I had a Brown sugar cinnamon banana nut muffin. Would have given 5* if girl behind counter hadn't placed my muffin in with a gluten-full croissant someone else in my party ordered. Also had Cobb salad which was equally delicious. The rest in my party had salads and gluten-full breads all made from scratch at this facility. Hard to find stuff down here, this place is a gem.
