This was the BEST meal I’ve had since my diagnosis 4 years ago. I could not believe the gf pasta was actually gluten free! It was the best pasta I’ve ever had. The flavor profiles were amazing. I ordered the pasta special with lobster, shrimp and scallops over a tomato cream sauce, served with gf spaghetti. Also ordered the flan dessert and I ate every single bit, even though I was stuffed from devouring ALL of my pasta. So thankful we discovered this restaurant. The chef’s wife (co-owner) is celiac. They are super careful and understand the importance of boiling pasta is separate water, etc. Even brought polenta with marinara since I couldn’t eat from the bread basket. Everything was amazing!!!
