Gluten free pizza crust was sold out for the day. Server offered pasta and after checking with kitchen, told us they needed to start a new pot of water to avoid cross contamination so it would take a little longer. Very happy to have safety over speed.
2nd visit: when we ordered gf crust, server asked about sensitivity and indicated they'd be preparing the pizza in a seperate space to make sure it's safe when we identified as Celiac.
Crust was soft and delicious. Not quite as thin as non gf crust.
